It was Monday morning, and I realized I forgot to pack my daughter’s lunch. We were out of sandwich bread, had no leftovers, and had to leave in like 20 minutes. If you want to pack a fun, healthy lunch in like 5 minutes, here you go!
You can sub half a sandwich, a muffin, or some crackers for these delicious Cheddar and Chive Scones, but I like to make a batch and keep them in the freezer for quick lunches and dinners.
