Single Serving Greek Yogurt Dip

Do you have a kid who insists on dip whenever vegetables are around? This is a simple recipe that my daughter loves eating in her lunch.

If you need extra help getting kids to eat veggies, try sending cute picks (like these animal bento picks) – they’re a bit hit with my daughter.

I get questions about this lunch box all the time, and for good reason – it’s my absolute favorite lunchbox because it is stainless steel, incredibly durable, and easy to pack. You can find it here.

Single Serving Greek Yogurt Dip

Comes together in a snap for a yummy lunch!

Ingredients:

4 t. full fat Greek yogurt*

1 t. mayonnaise**

1/8 t. Greek seasoning***

squeeze of lemon juice (optional)

Directions:

  1. Stir all ingredients together. The end.

*I used Cabot 10% milkfat Greek yogurt. It's hormone free and delish.

**I love Vegenaise brand because it tastes great and is GMO free.

***I used Penzeys Greek seasoning. It contains coarse salt, Turkish oregano, garlic, lemon, black pepper, and marjoram. If you use a different seasoning, check to see if it has salt - you'll need to add a pinch if it doesn't.
